Marriage Delay and Vaastu

Marriage is a special event in which a very special promises done by the bride and groom and even among their families for a lifetime. If there is delay in timely marriage one must think about Vaastu of their living house.  

For parents, marrying their son or daughter at appropriate time or at proper age is one of the major tasks in their life.

As the kids reaches their marriageable age, parents tirelessly start to search for “The Best Suitable” match.

Now, there are two situations which usually happen:

Situation No 1: A suitable match:

For a boy or girl one can straightaway find the Matching without much efforts. Marriage will fix and done; everybody is really happy.

Situation No 2:

Parents searches for that “suitable match” but, it will never happen. All efforts go ineffective and marriage of their Son / Daughter gets delayed.

In “Situation No. 2” it’s definitely a biggest concern for the parents and for the “future” of bride or groom.

With the passing of a time and if there is a considerable delay in marriage the social pressure, clashes among family members will increases in negative way.  

Often such families and /or individuals get help of Astrologers, Kundali matching services etc. In many cases even after giving an assurance that everything is fine and there is a marriage assurance, nothing is happening.

In this situation, one must think about Vaastu shastra.

How Vaastu Shastra Affects Marriage

As per Vaastu shastra, certain defects in the house, can leads to marriage delay.  Such situation can also create, clashes among husband and wife, separation or even divorce. (Please note “Separation” and “Divorce” are two different things).

Separation: A couple is not living together but they are still married.

Divorce: A couple is legally not a husband and wife, there are “Separated legally”.

Whatever it may be either, “separation” or “divorce” the root cause of both lies in dispute between husband and wife which is result of Vaastu Dosh.

For delay in marriage there are certain Vaastu defects which causes marriage delay.  

Marriage Delay – What to Avoid

1. Never construct underground water tank in Southwest corner.
2. Defected Southwest it results in Marriage delay.
3. Avoid plot slopes from Northeast to Southwest.
4. The Marriageable Girl must avoid sleeping in Northeast and Southwest bedroom.
5. A marriageable boy should avoid sleeping in Southeast bedroom.
6. Avoid a staircase and / or heavy items in the centre of a house (Brahmasthan).
7. Vaastu defects in East direction (Toilet) disturbs social relation and family won’t get any marriage proposals.

Timely Marriage – What to Follow  

1. Marriageable Girl should use Northwest bedroom.
2. In absence of Northwest bedroom, use West bedroom with her head towards West or South direction.
3. Use Light coloured bedsheets such as pink, baby pink or violet.
4. Marriageable boy should sleep in Northeast or Southwest bedroom. However, Head of the house should use Southwest bedroom.
5. In absence of f Northeast bedroom, he can use South bedroom.
6. Balanced North of Northwest helps Southwest direction to attract the life partner for marriageable child.
7. Southeast if balanced according to Vaastu principles, it initiates the process of marriage.
