- Dining room should be in West side of the house, which is fine if the kitchen is in Northwest.
- Doors must be in East, North or West; avoid door in South wall.
- Ensure the Beam is not on the Dining table.
- Dining area if the part of drawing room – use a curtain separator.
- Keep drinking water in Northeast area.
- Ensure Wash basin is in North or East, it should never in Southeast or Northwest.
- Toilet should not be adjacent to dining area.
- Construct Kitchen and dining area on same floor.
- Keep a refrigerator in Southeast corner of dining area.
Sitting Arrangements
Sitting arrangement plays a vital role in dining room. Ensure these Vaastu rules implemented properly in the dining room.
- Avoid facing the South direction on dining table.
- Keep even number of chairs on the dining table, odd numbers chairs will create family disputes.
- Family head should sit facing east in Dining room.
- Other family members should sit facing North, East or West.
