Wall Clocks and Vaastu-Shastra

Wall Clocks are one of the unavoidable parts of every house. We can’t find a single house without a wall clock. Over time modernization is affecting every field of life. This can be customizing the items in the House which including clocks also.

All of us currently prefer modified clocks and we could hardly find old fashioned clocks. The simple square or Round shaped clocks are old passioned now, even we can’t find them in shops also.

Now, when it comes to placing a clock on the wall, how many of us think about its auspiciousness? Majority of people don’t know that.

While placing of the clock, we just keep in mind from where we can easily check the time whenever requires.

According to Vaastu-shastra, there are certain positions either good or bad for every element which includes wall clocks also. The clocks can also play a huge role in our day to day life.

Wall clock is excellent device we can use it to energize particular direction says Vaastu.

• On the North wall brings Wealth
• On North East wall it brings Prosperity
• On the East wall brings Health
• On the West wall it brings Peace.

Whereas Clock if placed on the walls of the Southeast, South, Southwest and Northwest direction can have adverse effects in that house.

Never place a Mirror on Southern wall says Vaastu. This attracts negative energies.

Avoid placing a wall clock on top of any door.

The usual and ideal direction to place clock are on the East, West and North directions.

Place a wall clock away or outside of Bedroom or from the Bed as per Vaastu.

A important rule for Wall clocks is, always place them inside the House and Never outside though you are intend to show them.

A clock in Southwest wall or in Southwest direction has the most shocking effects and can create health problems or uncertainty to the owner of the house (head of family)

Consider following points when you are placing a Clocks on wall or zone.

1. Invariably the clock should be in working condition.
2. Replace the scratched, worthless clocks immediately. Or repair non-working Clocks.
3. Choose the Color and metal of the clock according to their placement Zone.
4. You can use the Wooden Clocks in any where in the House irrespective of Zone or Directions.

Common Things to Keep in Mind

• The clock in the house should not run behind the time, if required we can keep it post time but never it should be behind or lacking.
• Lacking of time represents lagging a Luck behind and the delay in reaching the Positive energy into the House.
• Avoid using Clocks with broken glass.
• According to Vaastu, using pendulum wall clocks are extremely auspicious (This is also a remedy for Southwest Vaastu defect)
• The Sound of pendulum creates positive atmosphere inside the house and attracts positive energy.

So, clocks are not just a show pieces to place on the walls but use them an important device for the family as well- being, goodwill, and prosperity also. .
