The essence of Vaastu is it’s ability to balance the five universal elements (1. Water, 2. Air, 3. Fire, 4. Earth, 5. Space) within the stipulated space. For meditation or / and Spiritual Performs, this balancing is critical as it influences the energy flow, and thereby affects our mental and emotional situations.

Apart from this, spiritual activities help us to recognize pleasant and unpleasant feelings in such houses.

Performing below mentioned activities in the House will emit out the negative energies from House, Office and Shops.

Spirituality in Vaastu Do’s

1. Avoid intake of Alcohol and Smoking in the house to get spiritual benefits.
2. Do not make any experiments and rituals those attract ghosts.
3. Avoid watching T V for prolonged periods of time.

1. Listen your loving music in Calm and peaceful way, avoid Loud music.
2. Maintain neatness and purity to attract Spirituality in Vaastu .
3. Always keep doors and windows open.
4. Plant a green plantation around the house.
5. Behave according to and with the Nature.
6. Always remember the Ancestors and give due respect to them.
7. Maintain consistency in spiritual activities.

Panchatattva and Vaastu

Cleanliness and Neatness are the qualities of Satva Gun and attracts divine energies. The Dirtiness is the Raja – Tamas Guna and attracts negative vibrations.

Clutter-Free environment promotes free flow of positive energy. A clean, organized, and minimalistic space endorses a peaceful mind.

The five cosmic energies (Panchatattva) contain Divine awareness (Chaitanya) and they are active in the form of Earth, Water, Fire, Space and Air around us. By keeping doors and windows open we can allow these five cosmic energies to do divine healing through Panchatattva in the house.

The Land / Plot emits spiritual vibrations and the Plants around the House, in the Plot emits positive vibrations.

Some plants emits “Satvika” vibrations and some Rajas and Tamas vibrations. Planting Satvika plants around the house will make the house more holly.

Holy basil plant (Tulsi), Chrysanthemum Hibiscus and Banana these are some Satvika plants. Keep these Satvika  plants around the house or indoor in the living room.

If you are arranging altar in your house, then arrange it in such a way that it should face East or West direction. Because the Divine frequencies those releases from Sun passes through the Sky, and attracted to an altar if placed in the East, West direction.
