Shopping Mall are becoming so popular these days, and attracting lot of customers if they are Vaastu friendly.

Because in Shopping Malls everything is available under one roof. Theater, Restaurant, Food Court, Shopping, Gaming are under one roof and that’s Shopping Mall.

But the question is how many of these malls are successful in attracting the large numbers of customers? Only few of them. So why this happening though owners are spending huge amts in constructing these Malls. .

While constructing a Shopping Mall, builder try to use every inch of space available and thus sometime makes mistake. The complexes, those constructed according to Vaastu, will became successful as compared to those not according to Vaastu

Here are some of the basic Vaastu tips for constructing a Multiplex, Malls / Commercial Complex.

1. The shape of the plot or mall must be square or rectangular.
2. The slopping of the plot should be in the Northeast Direction.
3. Keep Northeast space in the mall clutter free
4. In theaters slope should be towards North OR East side.
5. The Restaurant should be in the Southeast part of the Building and Kitchen must be in the Southeast region of restaurant.
6. Store the heavy stuff in the Northwest part of the restaurant
7. Air-conditioning (AC) Plant should be Southeast, Generator, Transformer and other Electrical appliances should also be in the Southeast part.
8. Construct the Washroom blocks in the Northwest part.
9. Landscaping, Fountains or Artificial Water Falls should be in the Northeast and in North  zone of the entire building.
10. The Central part of the Building should be kept open to have enough lighting from the Top (Skylight).
11. Build the centre of the mall with a glass dome from which the sky can be seen, it is good for Shopping Mall Vaastu.
12. Avoid Keeping heavy stuff in center [Brahmsthan] of the Mall
13. South direction is linked with giving good profits, so there should not be slope towards South in the shop or in the entire complex.
